Our client, Blueline Management Pvt. Ltd was looking to develop an Online Travel Agency that serves as a virtual one-stop-shop for users planning a vacation and for companies looking to book tickets for corporate travel. The vacation planners would use various payment gateways to buy tickets using their Credit / Debit cards whereas the corporate travelers would use their company's deposit account to redeem tickets.

We at Volga Infotech designed a web portal Oneduniya (Both B2C and B2B) that was implemented with the following features :

  • Search for Flights both International and Domestic ( India ).
  • Online booking system Completely integrated with Cleartrip's booking engine, GDS ( Global Distribution Systems ) and Low Cost Carriers proprietary systems.
  • Auto-Cancellation System Enabling end user's to cancel tickets online, without having to call the Travel agency.
  • Online payment system Completely integrated with Various Payment gateways accepting Credit Cards as well as Bank Transfers.

    2. Make refunds to end users for cancelled bookings.
    3. Track fault transactions made using the payment gateway.

The B2C portal of Oneduniya.com allows Businesses / companies to register at oneduniya.com by making an advance deposit, which could then be used by their employees to make bookings without using credit or debit cards.
