The client wanted to fix the complexity of the automobile sales sector. They wanted to help car dealers from being sued by customers. The challenges were to identify fake IDs(Driving licenses) & to display accurate current and history information about the vehicle on sale. The challenge was also to make the process of buying a new/old Vehicle as paperless as possible but at the same time making sure to prevent any lawsuits.

Solution

Volga Infotech implemented a solution which would

• Scan the DMV of the customer and get all the relevant details ( Name, License name, Birthdate etc.)
• Scan the VIN on the vehicle and get all the relevant details ( Make , Model, Year of Make etc. )
• Get the history of the vehicle from third party sources and display to the customer
• Document all the Interactions and activities from the customer like whether a test drive was taken and that they were aware of the current state of the car ( Disclosures )
• Display information in 5 different languages
• Store all relevant information in PDF format in the backend. The final document would have the customers signatures and had all that was needed to protect the dealership against any lawsuit.
