The Client wanted to do a detailed analysis of the entire admission process starting from registration to the completion of the admission process. The company wanted a solution that could help them analyze all the details such as the number of brochures downloaded, actual number of online applications and the particular stages during which any student dropped out of the admission process. Also the company wanted the solution to help them analyze the courses that were most popular and ones that were least.

  • Visitor Profiling
    The Sitecore DMS allows marketers to profile a student into a set category based on the pages that are visited by the student on the University's website. And basis this profile the University then goes ahead and showcases the courses that are more relevant to the student.
  • Email Campaigns
    The business users can create highly effective email campaigns that can be triggered at the registration process and be used to track the student's interest and activities and send timely reminders and updates accordingly.
  • Retargeting
    If a student seemed interested in some course then we can have the system automated so it sends relevant information about that particular course to that particular student. This simple task could help point that student in the right direction causing him/her to make the decision as to whether or not to join the course.
