The Client was looking for a Medical transcription System which deals in the process of transcription, or converting voice-recorded reports as dictated by physicians and/or other healthcare professionals, into text format.

Features for the Dictator :

• Internet enabled medical transcription system
• Dictation capturing using a dictation server or any audio file format recorded using a voice recorder.

• Receive E-fax of final transcribed documents

• Set rules and assign jobs to Medical Transcriptionist ( MT ) and QA based on work load, Priority and Dictator, ensuring seamless automated processing of work.
• Dictation capturing using a dictation server or any audio file format recorded using a voice recorder.
• Track transcriptions based on status; date of diction, date of transcription, Name of MT / QA
• Add Facilities as well individual dictators onto the system easily.

• Features to auto-fill certain critical fields ( like DID, patient name, Patient ID etc ) from the online form to the report, to avoid any spelling errors
• Ability to temporary save the report on to the system without submitting it the client / dictator
• Ability to forcefully send the transcription report to a particular QA

• Set rules and assign jobs to Medical Transcriptionist ( MT ) and QA based on work load, Priority and Dictator, ensuring seamless automated processing of work.
• Features to auto-fill certain critical fields ( like DID, patient name, Patient ID etc ) from the online form to the report, to avoid any spelling errors

• Ability to forcefully resend the transcription report to a particular MT
