Business Challenge

The business requirement was to create an app that allows Managers and HRs to hire great people fast. To achieve this, the plan was to get the existing employees to refer their friends and contacts from various social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

Solution

We at Volga Infotech designed and developed an IOS app that helps a Manager to put word out for a job posting in the existing employees' circle. The app then searches and gets a list of the best matches, that is, people who would be best suited for that job posting.

The Employee can then choose one or more candidates from the list and refer them to the Manager. The Manager in turn has the option to view the candidate's profile and then contact him/her directly through the app.
