Business Challenge

The client is a well known Sports Management firm for managing Athletes. The existing application had lot of critical issues which needed to be fixed on urgent basis. In addition new custom modules were developed related to custom site setup, event registration, stripe payments and docusign .

Solution

The client already had an existing website, so in additional to fixing existing critical bugs, the following modules were developed.

• Custom Site Setups:
  In this module, each user can customize his own website by adding custom html, css and facebook/google code as well as activate/deactive custom modules.
• Event Registrations:
  

  This module enabled Users to setup events as well as invite other users using social platforms

• Email Module:
  

  This Module enabled users to broadcast emails to all or a restricted group of users using custom filters

• Payments:
  

  implemented 'Stripe Connect'

• Cloud Services:
  

  Moved the current Application to AWS Amazon cloud

Benefits

• A part of the Architecture revamp bought more stability in the system. The performance improved drastically.
• Also fixing all the critical bugs got the system to a state of completeness. The number of users increased by atleast 5x
