With people having multiple properties on AirBnb, HomeAway, Guestly etc. it becomes difficult to manage and get them cleaned before the check in and after the check out of tenants.

Solution

The system allows Property Managers to create visual checklists by clicking on photos of the property and augmenting tasks on those images such as wipe/sweep/clean/mop etc. and sending them to multiple cleaners. Volga Infotech initially had to work on a pre built App in Java and convert it into Kotlin. Later new features were added such as Adding Cleaners Cost, a Chat system for Project Managers and Service Providers to interact , Payment modules and gateway integration and many more

Benefits

Property Managers can now manage the properties in a better and synchronized manner and thus the customers find the properties well cleaned and in proper condition while checking in. The system now manages more than 100k users.
